Elaine Morrison

Accountant

Elaine has worked her way through various small company experiences, including branch level banking, and mostly in office manager/administrator settings. Even when working for various retail locations as her family grew, she was often promoted to supervisory positions. This allowed her room to grow and learn skills along the way creating a portfolio of various backgrounds in a variety of industries.

After working in a bank setting for almost 10 years, she started studying part time at Grant MacEwan College, focusing on Financial Management, but was re-exposed to the world of accounting and found she had a real interest in the checks & balances required for good detail orientated practices. Eventually attaining a bookkeeping degree, including some experience in payroll and corporate tax structures, she worked with Anastasia at Cliff’s Towing in the accounting department which is where they formed a friendship. Working part time for A&Co has allowed Elaine to gain more knowledge and accessibility to small company structures and diligent data reporting.

  • Always willing to help clients with their small business needs, Elaine can focus on full cycle reconciliations, allowing business owners worry less about the day to day data entry, and focus on their business growth. She has also been exposed to and has become proficient in the world of property management accounting and the expectations of condo board directors when creating monthly financial reports.
